Recap of the 2024 APAL Agricultural Inter-School Challenge
On September 19, 2024, we had the honor of participating in the APAL Agricultural Inter-School Challenge, a landmark event held at the EARL de Brunchotte, bringing together 130 students from 7 agricultural schools in the Grand Est region.
During the day, our colleagues Sandrine Bessege and Pauline Gounand represented the accounting profession by leading workshops on key topics such as accounting management and taxation, which are essential for the young talents of tomorrow in the agricultural sector.
The event allowed students to tackle real-world challenges faced by agricultural businesses, while also discovering the various aspects of accounting and legal support. We were impressed by the commitment and creativity of the participants, with 57% of them planning to settle in the agricultural sector, a sign of the sector’s vitality and dynamism.
This event provided a valuable exchange platform between agricultural sector stakeholders and accounting, legal, and health experts, strengthening the links between the profession and future professionals.
